The apartment has an enormous 18 × 18 interior livingroom which opens to a 12 × 12 den with french doors and a closet on on side, and the island kitchen and 2nd bedroom on the other. The kitchen is nothing fancy but has plenty of counter space and a dishwasher, with sliding doors leading to the terrace, which has an awning for all-weather use. The smaller bedroom is 8×13, while the larger bedroom is 12 × 18 or so including 2 closets. There is another closet in the entrance, a full bathroom, and there is a washer and dryer in the basement that's also shared.
Very nice off-site landlord; cats ok but no dogs and must have excellent income and credit.
